What Is the Home Health Score?

Think of it as a credit score for your house. The Home Health Score evaluates key systems, maintenance habits, and environmental conditions to generate an easy-to-understand number that reflects how well your home is performing.

As you complete tasks like HVAC servicing, gutter cleaning, or roof inspections, your score goes up, helping you maintain value, reduce repair risks, and extend the life of your home’s systems.

  • Updated monthly with actionable insights

  • Tracks your progress over time

  • Rewards proactive homeownership with a higher score

  • Ideal for resale credibility and long-term property health

How the Score Is Calculated

Using data from real-time property insights, past inspections, maintenance logs, and local environmental factors, the Home Health Score evaluates multiple dimensions of your property:

Evaluated Areas Include:

  • Roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural integrity

  • Environmental risk data (humidity, radon, pests, water intrusion)

  • Maintenance completion rate and regularity

  • Past renovation or inspection records (if available)

  • Predictive modeling based on home age, size, and location

Real-Time Feedback, Real-World Impact

As you complete recommended tasks or repairs, your score adjusts, offering real-time feedback and encouragement. This makes it easy to stay on top of what matters most while seeing the impact of your efforts.

  • Complete repairs → Score goes up

  • Miss routine maintenance → Score may decline

  • Gain visibility into neglected systems

  • Get monthly suggestions to improve or stabilize your score
