Qualifying for the reward requires using a real estate agent who participates in Nexus’s broker referral agreement to complete the real estate buy and/or sell transaction. You retain the right to negotiate the buyer or seller broker representation agreements and all real estate commissions are negotiable. In order for you to be eligible to receive your Rebate, your broker must pay to Nexus Real Estate in full their contracted fee with respect to the purchase of your home. If you are working with an Agent, please disregard this notice; Nexus™ does not intend to solicit existing Real Estate relationships.

The reward is available in the United States except where prohibited by state law, including Alaska, Iowa, Louisiana, and Missouri. A reduced agent commission may be available for sellers in lieu of the reward in Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Oregon and should be discussed with the agent upon enrollment. No reward will be available for buyers in Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Oregon. A commission credit may be available for buyers in lieu of the reward in New Jersey and must be discussed with the agent upon enrollment and included in a Buyer Agency Agreement with a Rebate Provision. Rewards in Kansas and Tennessee are required to be delivered by gift card. In Kansas, the reward is set to $1,000 regardless of the sale price of the property. Rewards are based on the property’s sale price. The rebate award is not available in certain transactions with restricted agent commissions (including short sales, many new construction, For Sale by Owner, or For Sale by iBuyer transactions, Employer-sponsored relocation programs or where the transaction side commission is less than 2%). Your assigned agent can help you identify any transactions where the rebate would not be available.

Reward amounts are capped at 210,000 per transaction when buying or selling. Rewards are processed within 60 days of receiving the necessary documentation. No Rebates will be provided in the event that your broker does not pay their contracted fee in full. Partners are not responsible for administering the reward program. The reward validity is 18 months from enrollment; re-enrollment is required after this period. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
